All About Us

As a third-generation Asheville native, hospitality runs in my veins. From helping out at my parents' café to enjoying home-cooked meals at my grandmother's kitchen on Beaucatcher Mountain, and running the streets of downtown Asheville during the 80s, I'm a true product of these mountains.


I'm proud to have graduated from AB Tech's Culinary Program. Throughout my career, I've built strong relationships with restaurant owners, community members, farmers, and purveyors in the area. 


These connections have led me to the next chapter of my career, where I have the privilege of creating intimate connections through food. It's a passion that I truly cherish.
